1. Who we are

Plumeria Solutions, a d/b/a of Chris Voisey, a sole proprietor in California ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy covers our website, the contact form, and consulting. It does not replace the privacy policy for Ohana.

2. Ohana

If you use Ohana, the Ohana Privacy Policy describes what the app collects and who else handles it. That policy controls for Ohana.

3. Information we collect

On this website we collect:

• Contact form details you type: name, email, phone if you provide one, a reason for contact, and your message.
• The IP address of a contact-form submission, which we keep with the message for abuse prevention. We do not send that address to a geolocation service.
• Cookie and browser data described below, including your Accept or Reject choice for analytics.
• A referral code, if you open an Ohana page on this site with ?ref= in the address. We store that code in local storage under the name ohana_referral_ref and use it only to add the code when you follow Get started to Ohana signup.
• Information you give us while we provide consulting, such as technical and business details needed to do the work.

4. How we use it

We use this information to answer the contact form, run and secure the website, measure traffic if you accept analytics, provide consulting you ask for, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies, analytics, and local storage

A banner asks you to Accept or Reject analytics. Your choice is stored in local storage under plumeria-cookie-consent. Google Analytics loads only if you choose Accept, and only if a measurement id is configured for the site. If you choose Reject, Google Analytics stays off. When it runs, we ask Google to anonymize the IP address. You can also control cookies in your browser.

The contact form can show a Cloudflare Turnstile check. When it does, Cloudflare may see the IP address and browser data for that check.

6. Who else handles website information

These providers handle data so this website can run. They are not allowed to use it to market their own products to you.

• Google Analytics, only after you Accept, for page-view measurement on this site.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, when the contact form shows the check.
• Resend, which delivers the contact-form email to us. The message includes the name, email, phone, reason, and text you submitted.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site, our users, or someone else's rights. If the business is transferred, the information needed to run it may transfer with it, with notice where the law requires notice.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages, and the IP address recorded with them, for as long as we need them to respond, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal duties. We keep consulting records for as long as the work and any legal duty require. We use reasonable measures to protect this information. No method of storage or transmission is perfect.

8. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you can ask us to know, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you from this website, and you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Categories we collect on this website: identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, and IP address), the content of messages you send us, internet activity on this site (pages visited, and your cookie choice), and professional information you give us for consulting. We use them for the purposes in this policy. Retention is described above.

California's Online Privacy Protection Act also asks us to say how we respond to Do Not Track signals. This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not track you across other companies' websites for advertising. Google Analytics, if you accept it, measures visits to this site only.

If you are in the EU or UK, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to object to certain processing. Use the contact form to ask.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. You must be at least 18 to create an Ohana account. If you believe a child under 13 gave us personal information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change matters, we will say so on the website.
