Privacy policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Introduction
Plumeria Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website or engage our services. "Ohana" is a product offering provided by Plumeria Solutions. By using our website or providing information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
We may collect: (a) information you provide directly, such as name, email, phone number, company name, and message content when you submit our contact form or communicate with us; (b) information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, including via cookies and similar technologies; (c) information we receive in the course of providing services to you, such as technical and business data necessary to deliver IT, security, or other services; and (d) when you use Ohana (our business management and invoicing platform), the IP address of anyone who views an invoice—whether viewed within the Ohana application or on a hosted invoice page shared with your customers—to maintain an audit trail, support fraud prevention, and improve security. The invoice owner can see when and from which IP address their invoices were viewed as part of the invoice activity history.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries and provide requested services; operate, secure, and improve our website and services; send relevant communications (you may opt out of marketing); comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights and the rights of others. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., for security, analytics, or functionality such as form verification). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function fully if you disable cookies.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with: service providers who assist us (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations; legal or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, sale, or other transfer of assets, with notice where required. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing.
6. Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration; no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In Ohana, regular notes (those not marked as secure) are stored in our standard systems. Secure notes are encrypted using a key you provide in Settings; we cannot access the contents of secure notes without your key. See our Terms and Conditions for more detail on notes and data handling.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA (e.g., right to know, delete, opt out of sale—we do not sell personal information). EU/UK residents may have rights under the GDPR. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us using the information below.
8. Children
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
